Common questions

How is the cost calculated?

• Material: (print weight + purge waste) × your spool's price per kg.
• Electricity: printer power × print time × your rate per kWh.
• Printer wear: printer purchase cost ÷ expected lifetime hours × print time, plus any hourly extra you set.

Why did my spool's remaining weight change?

Saving a print deducts the grams you entered (including waste) from the selected spool. You can correct a spool's remaining weight any time by tapping it in the Spools tab.

What does Pro include?

Unlimited spools, unlimited printers, unlimited history, and the suggested selling price (labor + margin). It's a one-time purchase — no subscription.

I bought Pro on another device. How do I restore it?

Open Settings → Restore Purchases (also available on the unlock screen). Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account.

Is my data backed up?

Your data lives on your device only. Deleting the app deletes your data, so keep that in mind before removing it.
